Fast Doll utilizes USPS Priority Mail and USPS First Class shipping for both domestic and international orders.

In order to offer US customers free domestic shipping for orders $50 and over, we use USPS First Class shipping services.

 

International shipping is NOT complimentary. Upgraded shipping options are available at checkout for expedited shipping (additional fee applies).

Fast Doll makes every attempt to ship your items as quickly as possible. Turnaround time is anywhere from 1-3 business days, with some exceptions. Gift wrapping is also available!

International Customers:

Please be aware that you are responsible for your own customs fees.

 

 

Returns & Exchanges

 

Fast Doll will gladly accept exchanges if following protocol is followed:

  • Contact Fast Doll within 14 days of delivery

  • Ship items back to Fast Doll within 30 days of delivery

 

Fast Doll does not accept returns or cancellations. 

 

Please contact Fast Doll immediately if you have any problem with your order.

 

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged because of the nature of the items. The only exception is if items arrive damaged or defective.

 

The following items are final sale:

  • Custom or personalized orders

  • Perishable products (like food or flowers)

  • Digital downloads

  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)

  • Items on sale

All sales are final. Please read all item descriptions thoroughly.

 

Fast Doll makes every attempt to photograph and describe items as accurately as possible so you can buy with confidence. If you are unsatisfied with your order, please contact Fast Doll immediately so any issues that may arise can be resolved in a timely manner.

Fast Doll offers free domestic USPS First Class shipping on all orders $50 and over. International First Class shipping, although not complimentary, does includes free Shipsurance due to continued issues with USPS and international delivery.

Fast Doll is not responsible for items lost in transit or for customs fees.

Priority Mail and Priority Mail Express shipping upgrades are available at checkout for both domestic and international orders.
