If you'd like us to put an item on hold for you or would like to make special arrangements, just send a message about the item and when you plan to pay. Items cannot be held for more than 5 business days.

Fast Doll utilizes USPS Priority Mail and USPS First Class shipping for both domestic and international orders.
In order to offer US customers free domestic shipping for orders $35 and over, we use USPS First Class shipping services. International shipping is NOT complimentary. Upgraded shipping options are available at checkout for expedited shipping (additional fee applies).
I make every attempt to ship out your items as quickly as possible! :) Turnaround time is anywhere from 1-3 business days, with some exceptions. Gift wrapping is also available!

Just contact me within: 14 days of delivery
Ship items back to me within: 30 days of delivery
I don't accept returns or cancellations

The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
- Custom or personalized orders
- Perishable products (like food or flowers)
- Digital downloads
- Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
- Items on sale

Each embroidered item is made meticulously by hand and with great care. Quality is of the utmost importance :)
Please note for any clothing items on for sale: All clothing measurements are taken in inches while the garment is laying flat on a flat surface.
Measurements of the display mannequin are also noted in every clothing item's description.
If there's a special item you're looking for, we'll track it down for you! Send a private message with a description of the item and we will find it for you. Purchase of the item can then be made through the shop.
